I had booked for legs, armpits and Hollywood wax When arriving the therapist only did Hollywood for me and when I informed her I had also arm pits and legs booked too she was unaware of this and said that she already had another client waiting. I felt uncomfortable that I had to insist legs and armpits are done too as this is what I had planned, booked and paid for. The legs waxing was very rushed and not properly done as I was left with patches of hair which hadn’t been waxed. I am disappointed

Really nice atmosphere at Natural Light. The staff are lovely. Would recommend and will be booking again for other treatments.
