This is the 3rd time I have visited Katie, this time it was at the new clinic . I really liked the setting right in town but very private and beautiful furnishings and quite. I cant say how much the treatments have helped me with my anxiety .Amazing therapist ,

Katie from Natural Light Surrey is now referred to as 'Magic Lady' in our home. She works magic - Reiki was the unknown for me previously and now I love it. She is terrific at what she does and I can't recommend her highly enough.
If you need to switch off, get away from technology and reset, book in with Katie. It's well worth it.

Unprofessional. I booked and paid for Natural Light sports massage twice at two different venues in the same city. The first appointment was confirmed and then cancelled by the staff shortly before. The second appointment, later in the evening, was confirmed and I went to the venue and waited. No therapist. No info. No cancellation. 30 minutes for the spa reception to track down one of their team members for them to say "Oh, it's the same therapist as the other venue and she's off sick". So they left their Treatwell booking system open to the public, knowing that at least one person (me) already booked and paid, knowing their therapist was sick. They didn't stop their online bookings to prevent it from happening again. Treatwell was very helpful and professional in dealing with this, I give them 5* service. They apologized and offered me a discount for any future bookings. Natural Light didn't offer any credible apologies or discounts (£70/hour!) even though they are fully responsible for not managing their bookings and confirmations, causing me to waste time and travel. Very impressive. I ended up taking a train 1 hour to Reading to go to a different massage therapist for an amazing 1 hour massage for just £36! Even with the train cost and time, it was so worth it. Will go back there. Plus, Natural Light has at least one Google Review that the therapist wrote herself (Katie C.)! Not sure how accurate her Google ratings are.
