This was my first experience of Lymphatic Drainage and I didn’t know what to expect.
Rachel was amazing, she explained exactly what was going to happen, gained my consent and made me feel comfortable and trust her.
The lymphatic drainage and massage was fantastic, I was so relaxed ☺️ the entire experience was amazing. Rachel is very knowledgeable and skilful. I would recommend her to everyone ❤️

Rachel is absolutely amazing at what she does, I’ve had a normal massage and now a lymphatic drainage massage with some reiki off her and I’ve left feeling born again both times! Rachel is such a lovely person inside and out and it really shows through her work and it creates such a lovely relaxing atmosphere to be in so you can fully relax 💆🏻♀️

I went into this lymphatic massage expecting firm pressure and deep working of the muscles, but it turned out to be something completely different — and honestly, much better. The movements were incredibly small, gentle, and subtle, yet they guided me into a much deeper state of relaxation than any traditional massage I’ve had before. Rather than feeling worked on, I felt completely soothed. The light, rhythmic techniques supports the flow of the lymphatic system.
