this was a really disappointing experience. the lady who did the wax was very nice and welcoming but I'm not sure she was even trained to do waxing. when she finished she just left the room (and me covered in patches of wax) and I had to ask her to come back in as she had missed patches of hair everywhere. as I said, she was very friendly but the wax was awful and I ended up doing it myself at home as she missed so many patches of hair.
