When I was greeted no one introduced themselves. I paid £10 more than what they charged because I booked with this app. I was taken to the wrong treatment room & was asked to get undressed. I had to wait, no apology or drink offered. They didn't seem that fussed in talking to me about the treatment. I had to prompt them to do so & I was very unimpressed. The massage was very uncomfortable & I kept asking to be softer & to slow down. I found the experience rather stressful. I will not go back!
