The customer service was poor - I was greeted by someone on the phone who pointed to a room for me to go in whilst continuing her personal call. I was left for nearly 10 minutes until my therapist came in. Cindy was nice and the wax was through but I question the cleanliness of this salon and overall the ambience and environment was poor.

Staff were lovely. It just wasn't a great massage sorry. No technique to the massages and the disposable gloves that the lovely lady wore on her hands meant I could not feel any sensation
