Firstly, there was a clock in the room which had a very loud ticking noise and the therapist wouldn’t move it until I asked her 3 times! She said she needed to track the time! She needs a watch! Also the music was absolutely terrible -
Rap music! In w massage place? The room was unventilated and there were no windows… I CAUGHT COVID HERE! I know this because that week I hadn’t been anywhere else! I have just recovered from coronavirus and never again will I go there!

The doctor carried out a thorough consultation and the staff were informative throughout my treatment. The treatments were OK. My main issue would be how noisy it was. There was loud music from another room playing for most of my 30 min acupuncture session- it was not relaxing music either(!) I could also overhear people talking loudly in the next room. I’m not quite sure why everyone shouldn’t be told to speak quietly. When the member of staff came in to carry out the last part of the treatment their phone kept ringing quite loudly too. I was also abit annoyed by a very loud ticking wall clock in the room. I know very moany but not as relaxing as you would hope because of all the noise.
