There was a warm welcome and offer of a drink on arrival. Nice place and staff but the detail wasn't there. My therapist didn't check more than my heels during the scrub of my pedicure which I pointed out and didn't moisturise my skin when it was complete until I asked.
With the gel manicure it was the same. Not asked what shape I wanted. The cuticles on 2 fingers were cut and the manicure finish was very patchy. 2 days later I already had chips on a finger and toe nail.

I booked last minute and the salon were very accommodating but the service itself wasn’t great. The tint didn’t last more than a couple of days and on closer inspection at home wasn’t very neat on the eyebrows
