The facial was really great! Jessica was so kind and spoke through each step. The facial and head massage, amazing. Would have been 5 star but the facial says its 1 hour when booking, but was less than 45 minutes on the day. When I came out, I waited around a bit but no one was at reception so I left before I could talk to someone.
