lovely spa. No welcome, no questions re preferences or allergies, I assumed they had this on file. bad mistake. my allergic reaction was dismissed. No goodbye or post treatment convo. Such a shame. I flagged my concerns with management before posting

Great facial and really enjoyed it. But in the treatment room, you could hear quite a lot of noise and music from the manicure area. It would be even better if the venue was quieter.
