Massage was nice. She got into all of my knots. Pedicure was more like a toe nail painting. Would have been nice to have my feet soaked and scrubbed/filed first. That is what I am used to when I get a pedicure.

I visited for a dynamic resurfacing facial.
Lovely therapists but unfortunately I’m not sure I will be back here again.
None of the basic expectations were carried out - no consultation, no skin checks and no explanation of what my treatment would entail. I’m a therapist myself so I do look for detail.
I had to ask what had been applied on my skin as the peel was burning.
I was asked half way through the treatment if I would like my scalp massaged (which I did) but it wasn’t even a scalp massage it was more of just a few movements on the top of my head and I could feel the therapists nails.
Such a shame as I really liked coming here. I have been a few times previously as they do good deals on treatwell - however it’s evident you get what you pay for.
