Good treatment. Therapist was running 10 minutes late but apologised & gave me the heads up, lots of magazines to keep you occupied and happy to wait.

I found Sumen charming and she clearly put a lot of effort into the massage. I liked that there was a discussion beforehand about what the massage would include. It was very thorough however a little too strong for me.

I can't fault my experience, hence the 5*. I was attended to right away, the beautician was very pleasant and answered all my questions patiently, the treatment was great value for money, and i'll definitely return for more.
