My first time there. Place looked very nice The beauty therapist was very nice but unfortunately I was not happy with the waxing done on my legs and arms. A lot of hair left on legs and arms, and wasn’t small to say that couldn’t be waxed. Then I have shown to the beautician that I have some hair left on my left arm and she removed it but when I reached home I saw a lot of hair remained.

Great experience. A little cold in the room when I had my first appointment at 10am. Small heaters in each room so they take a while to warm up. When I had my appointment in the evening a few days later, it was lovely and warm. Staff were very good! Massage and waxing were great and I’d definitely go back.
