Treated myself as a special birthday treat to a two hour pamper session. Elemis facial and full body massage. The facial came with the added bonus of a wonderful shoulder and arm massage which was beautifully done by Louise. Felt so relaxed. She also was very friendly and pleasant.
The massage was also very enjoyable and felt extremely relaxed and pampered. Hence I have forgotten the lovely Liverpudlian lady’s name. But Wanted to say thank you for making my 60th birthday treat so worthwhile.

I have had many facials before but this is the first time, a therapist has really understood my skin concerns and had the professional knowledge to treat my concerns and advise me on skincare.
Gemma went above and beyond to address my concerns and I have woken up today with SUPER CLEAR skin! I highly recommend Gemma especially if you have congested skin.
I will defo book in again to try the Dynamic facial as only Dynamic includes facial extraction with steam and is targeted for congested skin
