My gel manicure was a little disappointing as my cuticle was nipped on two fingers and I bled, it was hurting/stinging after the manicure too. The colour I had was beautiful but the tech only put on two thin laters on. Only when I went outside did I notice how thinly applied the colour was with gaps in it. I'm probably going to have to get them done again elsewhere very soon.

The resurfacing facial was amazing! Very relaxing and Charlotte's massaging skills are incredible. I will definitely be back. Only small issue is the venue is quite small so there isn't really a waiting area and you have to sit and wait next to people receiving manicure and pedicure services, which feels a little awkward. Otherwise, very much worth the 5*.
