No mask worn by anyone in building, including therapist. Wax room was not very clean and didn’t appear to have regular changes of sheets etc. Wax result is patchy and quiet sore.

Harvinder gave me a thorough men’s facial waxing today which was virtually painless and super quick. Top marks! Also I had my first deep cleansing facial and I’m absolutely astonished with the results. I feel incredible and my skin looks better than it has in years! Thank you as ever, Harvinder!
