Was not contacted ahead to be told at the salon that the treatment i selected is no longer available, i had to pay extra for someone else’s mistake. Besides that in the shop you lose the 20%discount applied on the app.I ended up being charged extra £10 for removal when the Biab+removal on the app is listed£50 (as the full price) Submitting 3* as i liked the nails themselves, but will not come here again.

I had an amazing experience at Natural Beauty & Academy! Kristi did my manicure with strengthening gel/BIAB,and my nails looks absolutely gorgeous.She was so gentle and kind. Shoutout to Sofia as well, who did my mani-pedi the first time. Love it 🥰
