Expected a professional and gentle treatment here with all the 5 star reviews but was met with a condescending and conceited attitude paired with complete disregard for my requests on areas to be waxed/left alone. I was running late by 8 minutes due to rush hour traffic, which she took personally, not sure why as I read from other reviews that people have arrived much later. She waxed areas even when I asked her not to touch them. Her technique was very bad as skin was red and sore days later.

I always go back to Nataya for my lash lift and wouldn't go anywhere else. I love the result, the place is in a very central area of Manchester and Nataya is super nice and professional! I would highly recommend! :)
