I booked a shellac pedicure expecting the dead skin removal advertised, but apart from my toes being painted there was no foot scrub or exfoliating treatment. There was also confusion over my booking. The technician doing my friend's nails was rude and cut her several times. Sam was friendly and did a great job on my toes, but unfortunately the salon's overall cleanliness and our experience didn't meet expectations.
