The staff were great - got offered a drink while waiting in the hair salon upstairs, everyone was friendly and was quickly shown to the beauty room. The room was a lot more pleasant than most I've visited and the music was a nice change from the typical nature sounds! The woman giving the facial was lovely, warned me of cold products and gave a very nice massage. I love the idea of the organic vegan products, it was my first Potion Shop facial and I'm not sure of the results yet.

Really lovely natural colour. Tan has lasted well and is fading evenly. Would definitely be back. Staff were really friendly too.

Had made a booking mistake but staff were lovely and managed to accommodate me. Beautiful selection of gel colours and my nails are fab!
