It was my first time having a lash lift. Natasha explained everything and I found it a really good experience. I don't know where the time went as it was over quickly. Natasha kept in contact via text which was useful and helpful. The patch test was quick and easy, I just stopped by on my way home from work on day. The location of the salon was very close to the station. My lashes look amazing and feel 'done'. I looked tired before but the lash lift has really opened up my eyes to make me look more awake.
