I'd never had my lashes done before, ever, and was a bit nervous going into my appointment. Natasha was great at reassuring me what the treatment was, what my experience would be like, and even presented me with options for different treatments, which I took. Instead of getting semi-permanent extensions, we decided it was better to get a lash perm, which sits my natural style more and requires less maintenance. Though this treatment was supposed to cost more, since I'd already paid she let me have the treatment for the same price. The procedure went exactly as she described and I have been extremely pleased with the result, weeks after! Very pleased with her service, will definitely be booking again in the future. :)
