I’d been toying with the idea of going shorter and this time felt ready. Natalie was v supportive and really took the time to talk through the length I had in mind. She explained the different ways we could approach it so the result would feel fresh but not drastic.The end result? I absolutely love it. It’s exactly what I was looking for-even though I wasn’t entirely sure myself! She somehow knew what I needed & made it happen. That’s the magic of a hairdresser who truly understands her clients!

Natalie is the best. Every haircut I’ve had in the last 14 years has been by her. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. A wonderful person and an amazing hairdresser to flexes to whatever you need. Even though she has cut my hair hundreds of times she always checks what I want and how I found the last cut. Can’t recommend highly enough

I’m Natalie, a cut and treatment specialist. My belief is that hair shape and hair health go hand in hand to make you feel good and make your life easier. I began my hairdressing journey in 2007 as an apprentice at Toni and Guy Soho. After developing an allergy to hair colour early in my career, I pivoted to specialising in haircuts and treatments — and discovered my real passion in hair shape and hair health, deepening my expertise. Now, as a specialist in these fields, I create haircuts that simplify my clients' routines and make them feel exceptional. I offer personalised advice on managing your hair and recommend treatments tailored to your concerns. I'll also suggest products that genuinely work for you – no pressure, just honest recommendations based on what your hair needs (I don’t actually stock any retail, so rest assured you know it will be genuine advice). I aim to create a space where you can chat, catch up, or simply unwind — whatever you need. Come as you are – we'll chat about your hair goals and what works for your lifestyle.
