Joanne was great, unfortunately later in the day when I looked at my hair the left side had been cut much shorter than the right, I have tried to get back in touch but as of yet unable to do so. Probably should have noticed this at the time but, she was in the salon on her own and trying to deal with 3 clients at the same time can’t have been easy. I will try and contact again but I have found a remedy at the moment, just keep putting my hair behind my ears, but not a great look
