Natalia is lovely. She actually listens to what you want, ask questions about your past experiences, what you liked what you didn’t. I mean, it’s often hard to get it right, when it comes to mutual understanding of what is expected, right? (I usually terrified of trying a new salon). But, I would say she really got close to what I wanted, with all my UK experiences, she is definitely a pleasant surprise.
