I usually like it here but they were running late and I had to wait 40 minutes before I was seen and they weren’t particularly apologetic, just said other customers were late beforehand. They weren’t sure how to refund me as I’d paid on here in advance, & I was worried I wouldn’t get the £50 back so waited it out and got my nails done - it took them ages and while it’s a pretty good manicure it wasn’t worth the wait or frustration. Won’t go back.
