I have been visiting Natalie since they opened in Battersea, however it might be the last time as the service quality dropped dramatically with the prices going up. I managed to book a last minute appointment for the same price I usually payed, however the person doing my nails probably just started working that day, the other specialists were helping her and it took her two hours (instead of usual 1 hour and 15 mins) which made me late for my plans.
