Friendly staff. They could do with more staff to keep the waiting time down as both members were working on one person.

Nails last a super long time and the ladies in the shop are always lovely :)
Manicure
It was very difficult to explain myself and to get answers to the questions I was asking, there was a misunderstanding about what service I paid for etc and they had to call another person to speak to me. The customer service experience could have been better. The treatment itself was okay but the manicure was a dry manicure so left my nails really dry.
