I’ve been a regular customer for years, but the quality of service has noticeably declined recently. At my last visit, there were limited gel options available — I was hoping to get a French tip but there were no nude or pale pink hard gels in stock. It’s disappointing that basic colours weren’t available, and stock should be regularly replenished to offer clients full choice. Additionally, my white gel pedicure began to discolour within a week, which points to a quality issue…

I absolutely love this place. Feel like I’ve discovered something so special, staff are lovely and care so much about every single detail. I’ve had pedicures and manicures there and the attention to detail and making sure everything looks perfect. Is nothing like I’ve experienced anywhere else!! Amazing team and lovely people thank you so much!!
