I left disappointed, the service did not meet the standard I have received on previous visits. The gel was removed using an electric drill rather than being soaked off, which left my nail beds very sore on top of more drilling. Two of my fingernail beds were cut and are still red. The pedicure cuticle work was painful, and my left big toe is cut deeply. I also booked a pedicure that was advertised as including a foot scrub and foot mask, but neither was provided that’s not what I paid for
