I have been going here for over a year , I am a local customer. On this occasion I had the worst experience. I have multiple cuts on my fingers and one very severe cut on my pinky finger under the nail from the file. It was still bleeding when I left and a risk of infection. I asked for a plaster but they didn’t have one. My nails are always £45 , I get the same treatment every time and this time I was charged £50 and was asked for bank transfer instead of tap to pay which I refused.
