Having not saw Tracy over the holiday period, I developed a 'trapped nerve' problem in the right side of my neck.
After her 1/2 hour deep tissue massage yesterday, the problem had completely gone..!!Visited gym afterwards, and not even a twinge..!!

Tracy was amazing and I left with my pain in my shoulders and neck gone. She explained to me that I tend to keep my shoulders raised and that is what has been causing my problems. Sure enough I fixed that and it has been a few days now and my shoulders feel great. She is lovely to talk to and so skilled. Will be returning.
