I was looking forward to having a massage, after Covid restrictions were lifted, as I had a lot of neck, shoulder & upper back pain. My previous massage lady has moved on so I decided to try this one. The lady was kind & the massage was excellent. She put some lovely hot towels on my back after. I would have liked a bit more communication about what was going on, e.g what massage oil she was using and whether the pressure she was using was OK etc.
