Wax took ages, she kept applying more and more wax over the same areas as she couldn't seem to get the hairs off properly.. but still couldn't. I left with hairs still there as i just wanted to get out.. it was really painful and my skin is still sensitive.

I have been here a few times before for shellac however my last visit was unsatisfactory. The girl who did my nails had little experience. She cut my finger with the nail file, took almost an hour and the colour on my nails is a bit patchy. I'll go elsewhere in future.

Had a wax not long ago and it was alright, I can see some of my hair was broken rather than pulled completely off..The place is clean and the staff is great, will continue to visit for other services.
