I've been to Nashmils a couple of times and the staff are extremely friendly, genuinely very lovely.
The only thing that let them down was that they charge extra to wax 'the behind', which I've never come across in about 8 years of waxing, and I found this out when I was mid-wax on the table. When you pay for a hollywood, you expect all off for the cost advertised - including the behind. A wax that was advertised at £28 ended up costing £36, which is quite disappointing.
The wax quality was otherwise good.
Firstly I had a good impression on this salon but it all went downhill after walking in. The beautician told me just before I was about to go into the room that they don't do the back which I wasn't told previously so I spent £28 on just the front which I don't think is acceptable, this needs to be stated on the website before you book rather than told just before. I went ahead anyway as I needed it done, overall it was quite painful, one of the most painful I've had and I've been waxing for nearly 3 years now. The thing that made my experience so bad was the beautician stated that she pulled out an ingrown hair with the wax strip and it was bleeding, I do tend to get ingrown hairs so I didn't think anything of it but when the sting didn't go away for the rest of the wax I knew it wasn't just an ingrown hair. When she left the room to allow me to get changed I got off the bed and there was blood running down my leg, she had taken a few layers of skin off so badly in my groin that it wouldn't stop bleeding for over 5 hours after my wax, I had to keep a cotton pad in my knickers to prevent it from going onto my clothes. Sorry for the detailed review but I don't want women to go through what I did as it is still sore now 2 days after my wax. I was not happy with this and believe I deserve my money back.

I had a very god experience and I'm super happy with my facial. The staff was extremely friendly and the venue was nice and clean.

I had a leg and bikini line wax. It was quick and painless. I would definitely go again, my legs feel really smooth now
