I bought in my 14 month old daughter for her first haircut. The staff or the place wasn't really prepared for such small kids, e. g. I had to ask them not to turn on the hair dryer because of the scary noise or there were no displays as at other places to keep babies busy. I think the cut overall went ok (although I am not sure what cost 15 pounds on that 3 minutes), but they definitely should put an age limit to their service description to indicate that they can't serve very young babies.
