Waste of 17£. I have booked a haircut with this barber because I was in the area and I had a free hour. Once my booking was confirmed through the treatwell app, I also paid in advance to make everything go smoother and I also cancel an appointment with my regular barber. I made it there just in time for my booking to find that the shop was closed, no opening times on the door or anywhere to be found and no one answering the only phone number they had posted. After waiting around for about 15 minutes, I gave up and tried to contact Treatwell to see if I can get refunded, however that was impossible. No customer service number and no way to talk to a real person or cancell the booking through the app without losing the money I had prepaid. Obviously not going to use the app ever again, since I don't want to throw my money away and as a bonus I have to stay without a haircut because of cancelling my regular barber. I rated everything 1 star even though I cant rate the barbers skills because I have to fill out the whole requirements to post the review.
