I've had one Hollywood wax here before and it was great (with Lycon) and so I booked another. This one was meant to be Lycon but it was done with strip wax so I'm asking for the difference in cost back. The treatment also wasn't as nice as before, as there was no oil or powder applied in advance to the wax and I had to put lotion on myself afterwards. Very strange experience compared to my first one which was really nice.
