Given how expensive this place is I expected much better. My beautician was warm and chatty but she was in a hurry, left the room couple times and the wax wasn’t done properly; once I got home I was very disappointed. Also the reception and other staff were just talking extremely loudly throughout the treatment- mind I was behind closed doors and good distance from them and I’ve heard every word and every childish burst of laughter. I am all for fun in a workplace but also about keeping it professional. Would not recommend, sorry.
