I only booked this place because it was close by and had 24 reviews. It was not a salon but a private home that I found extremely dirty and unhygienic, and the equipment did not appear to be properly sanitised. I stopped the treatment halfway through because I felt uncomfortable. Afterwards, I was left with bruising and skin injuries, and I have filed formal complaints with both Treatwell and the salon. In my experience, communication was very difficult and my concerns were not taken seriously.
