I went for arms and legs waxing. The lady was nice enough,
although she did a better job where I could see and left lots of hair patches on the legs (including the ankles which were the most important part). the bed was simply covered with a plastic reusable towel, which would have been fine and I guess more eco-friendly then single use paper, except you could see sticky stains and hair over it, and at the end I was passed a bottle of oil (a bit dirty and with hair sticked to it) to apply by myself .
it was definitely cheap though.

My stylist Richa really took the time to listen to what I wanted and seemed to understand my vision. Richa was extremely friendly and helpful. All the products that were used during my visit were explained to me with reasons as to why they had been chosen, I even walked away with a purchase! I absolutely love my new style and I’m already excited to go back. Thank you.
