Booked a 60-minute massage. Treatment lasted approximately 50 minutes and focused only on the back of the body. I raised concerns during the session but did not feel they were addressed. When I queried payment at the end, the interaction became uncomfortable and hostile. Disappointed as I’ve had better experiences before and elsewhere.
