Usually an indian head massage spends more time on your neck, shoulders and upper back than on your head. Not so with Emma, it was actually a head massage and an extremely good one at that. She is a hidden gem and I will definitely be back for more! Don't hesitate.

A warm, welcoming massage studio in the heart of Finnieston, Glasgow. A mindful approach to massage, helping you let go, find stillness, and return home to yourself.

Welcome to Namaste Holistic Therapies. Founded by Emma in 2017, this cosy West End sanctuary is built on the belief that true healing happens when the mind and body rest together.

Because it is just me here, you will always receive a highly consistent, deeply personal experience. As a student of Buddhist psychology, I look at how stress, emotion, and posture intertwine in the body. I seamlessly blend advanced, targeted bodywork—like deep tissue and trigger point release—with intuitive, calming touch, clinical reflexology, and hot stones.

Every stroke and stretch is entirely customized to what you need on the day. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply restored.
