Always a good experience at Nam Tip. All the therapists are brilliant. I mentioned that my neck had been really stiff so my therapist focused on this heavily in the massage and really helped to release the tension.

When the first therapist arrived, she acknowledged how cold the room was, and I asked her to turn on the heating. Instead, she brought me blankets. My legs and hands were freezing. Eventually, she turned on the heat, but then another therapist took over. She turned off the heat and insisted I would be fine with just the blanket. She completely ignored my discomfort. It was the first day of snow, and the temperature was around 0 degrees. After going there for three years, I won’t be returning.
