I left a 2 star review and with their response they tried to create the impression that they did their best and I was the problem. They left me in a cold room in a snowy day. I insisted to turn on the heater which lasted for a few minutes.

Not a relaxing massage experience. The towel was causing itching, and when I mentioned this to the therapist, she suggested it was due to the room temperature and turned off the heating rather than changing the towel, which left me feeling cold.The therapist also used very little oil during the massage, which made it uncomfortable. In addition, her manner was quite abrupt and not very welcoming compared. the experience was disappointing. I will ask for refund to compensate.
