Really polite and professional. The pressure was too deep at times but I think she was trying to help ease tight muscles. I was hoping to relax a little more however I can honestly say I felt like I had lots more energy the following day and like I'd been out on charge. Would I go to relax? Probably not. But go to feel physically like I was post a week on a detox and gym sessions? Yep :)
