Had an eyebrow wax and ended up with post treatment burns. The next morning l contacted the owner about this. They were helpful, apologised and gave aftercare advice and offered a refund.
I was asked if l used retinol or had sun exposure,and it is a no to both. Despite an apology, l did not expect to leave the salon with burnt areas. Luckily the burns appear to be healing, but the night of the treatment was very uncomfortable and l have not been able to wear makeup , look a mess.

I was surprised to feel a little claustrophobic at the beginning of the treatment. Elisha was very helpful and understanding and guided me through the process with a very good head massage in there too. The result is really lovely. There’s a huge difference in my lashes and I will book with confidence again
