The wax was more or less painless. There was a little sting but it wasn't terrible and I only think it stung because my period was due in a few days. The wax was a perfect temperature.

The staff were lovely and made me feel at ease. The music was great, the treatment was relaxing and the beautician explained all the steps too me.
