Really bad experience last time I got my eyebrows and upper lip done. Sunny spent a total of about 5 minutes on both, not nearly enough time, because I think she just wanted to be done for the day. she actually left a strip of hair in the middle of my lip - quite a big one! so my wax was completely pointless as I had to go home and pluck the rest of the hair out. My eyebrows didn't even look like they'd been threaded, again I had to finish sorting them out myself. Ridiculous.

My waxer was running 15 min behind so the owner said she’d give me 30% off my next visit which was really nice and unexpected. The waxer was also very efficient and made my experience comfortable. Will definitely be back again.
