The wax itself was fine and I’m happy with my shape however the staff member wasn’t friendly and made me feel like I was making them go out of their way despite the fact I had booked an appointment. Unusual given normally everyone is so friendly there but worth a note.

The quality of the waxing at Naked Hare is generally really good and the staff are lovely. There was a little hiccup was my appointment and the owners have been super accommodating in trying to rectify this. I went back this morning for the first time since and was warmly welcomed. This is a lovely independent business that cares about its customers - highly recommended.
